General Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 8baji platform and all services included within it. When you register on 8baji, open an account or use the platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

8baji may at any time request identity documents, proof of address or other documents for account verification. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is completed.

Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited.

• You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity must be reported to 8baji support immediately.
• Operating multiple accounts from a single device is prohibited.
• 8baji is not liable for lost or stolen account information, but prompt assistance will be provided.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. This bonus is available once only and the following conditions apply:

• After receiving the bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be completed.
• The bonus is given only alongside a real deposit — if there is any bonus balance in the account, a new bonus does not apply.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

The 8baji VIP program has four tiers and weekly cashback is provided based on regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are placed through the 8baji platform. A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled unless 8baji explicitly states otherwise.

7.2 Technical Issues

If any bet remains incomplete due to a technical fault, server issue or disconnection, 8baji will make a final decision as the arbitrator. In such cases the bet may be cancelled or reviewed.

7.3 Integrity of Game Results

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8baji platform:

1. Fraudulent activity or attempting to deceive other users.

3. Attempting to hack accounts or gather information without authorisation.
4. Placing bets using automated software or bots.
5. Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

12.2 Closure by the User

Right to Modify Terms and Conditions
